Deep cleaning and related services in Koreatown
Start with a deep clean for a first visit or a reset, then keep the apartment up with standard visits. Moving out? Book an empty-home move-out clean instead.

🧹 Before you book
What a deep clean adds
A deep clean is the detailed, top-to-bottom visit Ascend recommends for a first clean, a seasonal reset or a home that has not had a professional clean in a while. It reaches the build-up and detail work that routine visits leave for later.

🧹 Before the visit
Scope your Koreatown deep clean
Share the size, condition, floor and access.
Describe the condition
Say when the home was last cleaned and point out heavy build-up, grease or pet hair. Cleaners stay within the booked time, and a particularly messy or dirty home that needs extra time is billed at $75 per hour, per cleaner.
Pick your add-ons
Oven, fridge, microwave, cabinet and drawer interiors, and interior windows and tracks are separate requests. Empty any cabinets or drawers you book and store the contents safely.
Clear the floor
Cleaners do not move fridges or heavy furniture. Move large pieces beforehand if you want the floor and baseboards behind them cleaned.
Planning a deep clean in Koreatown
Koreatown is one of the densest neighborhoods in Los Angeles. City Planning records show the area was fully subdivided by the 1920s, and its apartment buildings span Spanish Colonial Revival, Mediterranean, Art Deco and Streamline Moderne styles alongside newer construction. When you book, share the square footage, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the floor the unit is on and whether there is an elevator, so supplies and time can be planned.
Along Wilshire Boulevard, older apartment buildings such as the Gaylord and the Talmadge stop at 12 or 13 stories because of the city's early 150-foot height limit. In buildings of that age, dust settles into trim, window sills, vents and the edges of original tile. A deep clean includes detailed dusting of baseboards, trim, vents and ledges, and detailed cleaning along floor edges and corners. Routine visits do not include baseboards, while deep and move-in or move-out cleans do.
In bathrooms, a deep clean removes soap scum and mineral build-up and scrubs grout, tile and fixtures. In the kitchen, it degreases the stovetop and hood exterior and details appliance and cabinet exteriors. The inside of the oven, fridge, microwave, cabinets and drawers, and interior windows and tracks are add-ons.
Plan parking before the visit. If your block is posted as a preferential parking district, LADOT lets residents buy one-day guest permits that cover visitors, and posted street-cleaning and red-zone rules still apply. Tell Ascend whether the cleaner can use a guest permit, a building space or a nearby lot, and share gate, buzzer and entry instructions.
