If guests, movers or a property handover cannot wait, get confirmation before making plans around a visit.

What should I send with an urgent request?
Send the details together so Ascend can understand the job and your time constraints.
- Your Los Angeles address or neighborhood, plus the property type.
- The requested date, the earliest time the cleaner can enter and the time cleaning must finish.
- The number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the home's condition and your priority rooms.
- Whether furniture and belongings are present, especially for a moving clean.
- Any requested extras, such as oven, refrigerator or cabinet interiors.
- Gate, entry and parking instructions, including any building access restrictions.
Distinguish your preferred start time from a firm finish deadline. If movers are still working or access is uncertain, say so rather than giving a time the home may not be ready.

Which cleaning type fits a short deadline?
Choose around the home's condition, not just the next available date. An urgent request does not make deep-cleaning tasks part of a standard visit.
Guests are arriving at an occupied home
For routine upkeep, start with standard cleaning. Tell Ascend which kitchen, bathroom and living areas matter most before the visit. Review the room-by-room checklist rather than assuming every task is included.
The home has heavy buildup
Ask about deep cleaning if routine upkeep does not match the work needed. Disclose grease, soap scum or other substantial buildup when requesting availability. A short deadline does not remove the time those tasks need.
Movers or a handover set the deadline
A move-in or move-out clean requires the property to be completely empty of furniture and personal belongings. Arrange it after movers finish, with water and electricity on. If belongings remain, the service defaults to deep cleaning. Cleaning does not guarantee the return of a security deposit.
What if there is not enough time?
Ask whether the requested scope can fit between access and your finish deadline. If not, discuss a different date or which rooms should take priority. Do not assume that every listed task will be completed simply because the visit is urgent.
Cleaners work within the time allotted to the booking. Ascend's preparation guidance states that additional cleaning time for a particularly messy or dirty home costs $75 per hour, per cleaner. Extra time is not a promise that a cleaner can stay beyond the confirmed booking or your deadline. Confirm the scope, quote and any changes with Ascend before relying on them.
How can I prepare when time is tight?
Make the agreed cleaning areas reachable. Put away loose items on counters and floors, clear access to the kitchen sink, and store valuables safely. Share access and parking instructions before the cleaner arrives. Keep pets safely away from the work areas.
If you request cabinet interiors, empty those cabinets and store the contents safely beforehand. Appliance, cabinet and drawer interiors, plus interior windows and tracks, are separate add-ons. Confirm them in advance, including for a moving clean.
Cleaners do not move refrigerators or heavy furniture. If you want an area behind them cleaned, make it accessible before the visit and only move heavy items if you can do so safely. The full preparation checklist explains what to do for each service.

Can I book online if I need cleaning today?
You can use the existing booking system to review services and preferred dates. If you have a firm deadline or an unclear scope, call or text Ascend and confirm the details before relying on a visit.
Can a standard visit include deep-cleaning tasks?
Do not assume that it can. Standard cleaning covers routine upkeep. Check the service checklist and ask which cleaning type fits the home's condition. Baseboards are included in deep and move-in or move-out cleaning, not routine cleaning.
Are appliance interiors included in a moving clean?
No. Appliance interiors, cabinet and drawer interiors, and interior windows and tracks must be requested as separate add-ons, including for move-in or move-out visits. Empty any booked interior areas before the visit.
Does Ascend cover only the neighborhoods listed on its site?

How do I get a quote for a last-minute request?
