Choose your cleaning plan
Weekly and biweekly visits use the standard cleaning checklist for ongoing upkeep. Choose deep cleaning when detailed work or buildup needs attention; a recurring booking does not automatically include extra tasks.
🧹 Routine care for your home
A schedule that fits your home
Choose weekly maid service for more frequent upkeep, or biweekly cleaning for visits every two weeks. The right interval depends on how your home is used and the cleaning you handle between visits. Describe your rooms, current condition and preferred frequency so Ascend can arrange standard or recurring cleaning.

🧹 Make each visit count
Choose weekly or biweekly cleaning
Match the visit frequency to your home, then confirm the scope and quote.
Weekly home cleaning
A weekly visit may suit a busy household where kitchens, bathrooms and floors need frequent attention. Routine visits follow the standard checklist; request additional tasks separately.
Biweekly maid service
Visits every two weeks may suit a home where you keep up with spills and basic tidying between appointments. Review how the rooms look between cleans and discuss a different frequency if needed.
Start with the right service
A deep clean may be a better first visit when baseboards or other detailed areas need attention. It is not automatically required for every recurring booking. Describe the home's condition and compare the checklists before choosing.
Plan your recurring clean
Standard cleaning follows Ascend's routine checklist for an occupied home. It covers kitchen counters, the sink and stovetop, bathroom sinks, toilets and bathing areas, reachable dusting, vacuuming and mopping. Baseboards are not part of routine cleaning; they belong to deep and move-in or move-out cleaning. Share the home's condition before booking rather than expecting routine time to cover heavy buildup.
Weekly cleaning means a visit each week; biweekly cleaning means a visit every two weeks. Weekly visits may suit busier households where frequently used rooms need more regular attention. Biweekly visits may suit a home with manageable buildup and regular upkeep between appointments. Consider how many people use the home, cooking, pets and the cleaning you handle yourself. Neither schedule replaces daily tasks such as dealing with spills and putting away belongings.
Tell Ascend your preferred frequency, priority rooms and access arrangements, then confirm the schedule and quote. A specific appointment or the same cleaner on every visit is not guaranteed.
For apartment cleaning in Los Angeles, include the unit number, correct entrance and any gate, intercom or elevator instructions. Check building rules for entry and parking. In a shared apartment or house, agree on the bedrooms and common areas to include, and make those areas accessible. Clear floors and counters, secure valuables and arrange pets before the cleaner arrives.
Appliance interiors, including the microwave, cabinet and drawer interiors, and interior windows or tracks are add-ons. Book the exact extras and empty those interiors, storing their contents safely. Cleaners do not move refrigerators or heavy furniture. Carpet steam cleaning and shampooing are separate services, not inclusions in routine maid service; upholstery and fabric cleaning are also outside this house-cleaning scope. For a move-in or move-out clean, the property must be fully empty; if belongings remain, it defaults to deep cleaning.
